Last year, I ran a Kickstart 2023 transformation challenge.

I had a lot of entrepreneurs, founders, and executives joining. 

95% of them wanted to lose body fat and gain an aesthetic lean physique. 

We built muscle and confidence at the same time.

Achieving long-lasting results that fit their lifestyle.

Today, I want to share with you one of the craziest transformations of one of my online coaching clients.

Julian had a super busy schedule, he was in the process of selling his company, and was working 16-hour days. Not sleeping more than 6 hours a night.

We focused on getting the basics right: exercise, nutrition, rest.

We created a bodyweight only routine.

So Julian worked out 3x/ week for 30 minutes, using tailored highly efficient workouts, for maximum results.

All you need is to follow a blueprint.

Nutrition was a different game.

Lucky enough, Julian had the budget to invest in a meal prep company for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was a protein smoothie.

We focused on a higher protein diet, a sustainable calorie deficit, and proper hydration. 

On rest days, Julian would practice intermittent fasting, which was easy for him as most of his work meetings happened before lunchtime.

We incorporated a sleep routine, bringing his average hours from 6 up to 7.15 of sleep per night. 

This helped him be more energetic, lean and nailing all presentations in meetings to impress investors.

Within 12 weeks, Julian lost 5 kg body fat and brought his abs to show. 

Arms fill up the polo shirt sleeves now, and he was able to crank out 41 pushups in one go, starting at 7 at the beginning of the transformation.
