The 5-5-5 Method to Win Your Morning

Win the morning to win the day.

Yes, we’ve all heard it 1000 times.

Watching the trendy post by your beloved social media influencers getting up at 4AM to drink superfoods, cold plunge, meditate, writing a journal, do breathwork, walk outside, workout, shower, delay coffee…

Let’s be honest, no one has that much time to accomplish all these things.

And yes, I’ve tried it and failed.

I made these beautiful lists, just to get frustrated if I didn’t get all of it done in the morning.

Maybe you experienced the same.

Today I’ll show you what I do to win my mornings, so you can use my formula to start your day without stress.

The formula is called 5-5-5 Method, and it only takes you 15 minutes to accomplish.

Let’s dive in.

1) Breathwork Or Meditation

Take five minutes to focus on breathing properly through your nose.

If you already follow a breathing practice like Wim Hof or any other, continue doing so. You want to flush your body and brain with oxygen.

You can also meditate for 5 minutes. Put on your headphones and listen to your favorite meditation or binaural music.

Here is an easy to follow 5 minute meditating breathwork.

2) Movement

The second part of your new morning practice is to increase blood flow.

5 minutes of movement.

This can literally be anything you like doing.

A short workout, yoga flow or jumping jacks.

I’m currently doing this dynamic stretching routine.

3) Write Down MIT

MIT = Most Important Things.

After breathing and moving, you want to engage your brain.

Get the juice flowing and take 5 minutes to structure your day.

Write down the 1-3 most important things that you need to do to make this day a success.

I have a simple template that I use to structure my day. If that is something you’re interested in, reply to this email with “TEMPLATE” and I’ll send it to you
