You Have to Take Your Health in Your Own Hands.
We know that healthcare is broken.
At least here in the US.
We also know that we cannot trust the so-called influencers (read study).
You have to design your own health.
At the moment, I do blood work every 4 months to test the nutritional and physical changes of my behavior.
Something I changed is my morning routine.
No such thing as long meditating and going for a walk in the sun for at least 20 minutes. If you have time to do so, please go for it.
This new morning routine helped me to increase my testosterone by 70% within only 4 months.
There is a solution to low testosterone.
Work with your natural rhythm
Wake up at the same time every day
Ingest t enhancing minerals first in the AM
Focusing on the right nutrients at the right time
