Which should be a time to enjoy, but tends to be a rather stressful period of the year.
All the invitations to social events.
I do have to say, I miss the German Christmas Markets.
It’s just not the same here in the USA.
Having a Glühwein (mulled wine) with friends is just a vibe.
But let’s be honest… One Glühwein leads to a second. Then hunger kicks in and you’re down to get food.
The problem is, there are no real healthy options at the Xmas market, so you opt in for junk food.
While being delicious, it’s most likely not helping you achieve your physique goals.
