Get in shape and double your business.
Lauren is an entrepreneur who wanted to feel as fit as in her college athlete times and fit into her old dresses.
It’s almost Xmas…
But I wanted to tell you something quickly.
After taking over a practice, she was super busy, and did not have much time to exercise.
In 12 weeks, she lost 21 lbs, dropped 4 inches from her waist and went down 2 dress sizes.
She's at her lowest weight since college, and her energy levels have doubled.
So has business.
Due to her busy schedule, we incorporated short 30 minute cardio strength workouts 3 times a week with Peloton and a longer run on the weekends.
Why? Because she loves running.
On the diet side, we focused on eating at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight so she could lose fat and gain muscle.
We also incorporated an evening walk with her dog, which she said helped reduce her stress and contributed to better sleep.
