If you’re feeling brain fog, tired, or stressed before a meeting, this exercise is for you.
Do this quick breathwork exercise to level up your energy, and massively increase your focus in only 5 minutes.
Take 3x30 deep breaths into your stomach and chest, with a hold in between each round.
Believe me, you’ll feel your body soaking up the oxygen.
If you’re new to breathwork, I recommend you start with 1 or 2 rounds of 10 deep breaths and work your way up.
This is a game changer and will help you be more focused and energetic in meetings.
No more coffee at 4PM needed.
