I read about a study I wanted to share with you.
The scientists looked at workouts that help increase physical & mental fitness.
Do this exercise to become smarter.
A meta-study was done to see the effect that different types of workouts had on brain function.
They collected 54 randomized control trials with 6277 participants and found something interesting.
The first part is, that all types of exercise improve your brain through global cognition, executive function, memory, attention, and information processing.
Yet, strength training and endurance training were found to be the most effective at improving overall brain function.
It also showed that while every age benefited, the people it affected most were ages 60 and above.
Which means you want to start taking care of your health now.
